Product Detail

 Product Description

β-Amyloid 1-40 (Aβ1-40) (CLIA) Kit provides a rapid, automated method for quantitative measurement of Aβ1-40, performed on a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for reliable biomarker quantification in research applications.

The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich format. Monoclonal anti-Aβ1-40 antibodies coated onto magnetic particles serve as capture antibodies, while acridinium ester-labeled monoclonal anti-Aβ1-40 antibodies function as detection antibodies. Upon immunoreaction, antibody–antigen–antibody complexes are formed; addition of pre-trigger and trigger solutions induces chemiluminescent signal emission detected by the analyzer. The relative light units (RLUs) measured are directly proportional to the Aβ1-40 concentration in the sample. The kit includes one reagent cartridge, two-level quality control materials, and three-level calibrators to support assay verification and calibration.

This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
