Product Detail

 Product Description

Neurofilament Light (NfL) (CLIA) Kit provides a rapid, automated method for quantitative measurement of NfL, performed on a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for reliable biomarker quantification in research applications.

The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich format. Monoclonal anti-NfL antibodies coated onto magnetic particles serve as capture antibodies, while acridinium ester-labeled monoclonal anti-NfL antibodies function as detection antibodies. Upon immunoreaction, antibody–antigen–antibody complexes are formed; addition of pre-trigger and trigger solutions induces chemiluminescent signal emission detected by the analyzer. The relative light units (RLUs) measured are directly proportional to the NfL concentration in the sample. The kit includes one reagent cartridge, two-level quality control materials, and three-level calibrators to support assay verification and calibration.

This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
