VAHTS Multiplex Oligos Set 4 for illumina is a dedicated kit for library preparation for sequencing using illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. The kit contains VAHTS Adapter-S for illumina, 8 kinds of VAHTS i5 PCR Primers and 12 kinds of VAHTS i7 PCR Primers, can be used to build libraries with up to 96 different combinations of Dual-indexed Adapters. Meanwhile, along with VAHTS Multiplex Oligos Set 5 for illumina, the kit can be used to build libraries with up to 384 different combinations of Dual-indexed Adapters. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
