Product Description
The Duo-Lite Luciferase Assay System is a kind of dual reporter gene detection kit featured by high sensitivity, stability and homogeneity. With high purity firefly luciferin and coelenterazine, firstly, the kit detects the firefly luciferase with luciferin as the substrate, and then terminates the catalytic reaction of firefly luciferase. At the same time, it can detect the renilla luciferase with coelenterazine as substrate, thereby realizing the double luciferase reporter gene detection.
Features
Simple operation: The experiment can be completed only by adding a sample-reading plate, and cells do not need to be lysed in advance.
Light signal stability: Glow kit with fluorescence half-life of 2 h, which is very suitable for high-throughput operation.
High accuracy: The system contains renin fluorescein, which can correct the errors caused by the number of cells between pores, transfection efficiency and cell growth status.
